2008 launch “Gardez le rythme/Set the Beat” with all the agents from the national sales office. January 2008 at the Hyatt Regency located in the Complexe Desjardins in Montreal. 700 participants. A multifaceted event comprising the opening ceremony with the objectives and summary for 2008, awards ceremony, an evening of entertainment, conferences and forums and closing ceremony. Our mandate covered a theme with the title, visual signature and graphics, activity-specific scenarios, production, scripts, design and production of video and Powerpoint presentations for each program component, artistic direction and production and logistics for all aspects of the representations for the event including schedules, dates, artists and technical requirements. Project management, budgeting, and administration of all services required for the mandate. VIEW
Canada Day on Parliament Hill
(2004, 2006, 2007 et 2008)
For the National Capital Commission and Heritage Canada. Design, programming and production of big national noonday and evening shows, including formal ceremonies presented on the big stage before a crowd of over 100,000 people and the entire Canadian population via national television. VIEW
Climate Change Conference
2005 United Nations Climate Change Conference for Environment Canada. The event was attended by over 10,000 delegates from around the world, including heads of state and politicians. We designed and produced the cultural component of the two official opening ceremonies held at the Montreal convention centre before an audience of 5,000. The ceremonies included performances by artists, presented using an elaborate and innovative multimedia medium. We also designed and produced Canada Night for 3,000 delegates at Montreal’s Biodome for a grand environmental and cultural evening. We integrated a diverse and festive content into the permanent exhibit including drinks and food. We also did the programming of cultural events held in parallel for the conference. VIEW
Association québécoise de la fibrose kystique
Annual benefit gala for the Association québécoise de la fibrose kystique in 2007 at the convention centre for 1,700 participants. The design and production of the show component with the group Mes Aïeux as the focal point. VIEW
« Longueuil Remixé »
Big show by Pierre Gagnon designed for Longueuil’s 350th birthday celebrations. Our mandate entailed the production for the organizing committee to relive the city’s history. Eight presentations at the city of Longueuil’s theatre. VIEW
Loto-Québec – Société des casinos
Daily programming for all entertainment sites (except for the Cabaret du Casino), according to identified themes, at the Casino de Montréal since February 2005. VIEW
Association de villégiature Tremblant
The Association de villégiature Tremblant have had us handle the organization and programming of several events for a number of years now, including the Festival international du Blues de Tremblant, Les Rythmes Tremblant, Spin and La Féérie musicale. VIEW
