From with the concept to the closing ceremonies, care is taken at each step. Depending on your requirements, our experimented team will take charge of all aspects, from design to organization. And, if you would like to be part of the fun, then we can work together! We assign one of our project managers to you to act as a spokesperson, to keep middlemen to a minimum. During the event, the project manager will be on site to oversee the operation.

In addition to the permanent staff, we have freelancers selected from our bank of collaborators depending on the specific requirements including set designers, writers, directors, multimedia specialists, artistic directors, designers, costume designers, composers, photo directors, montage specialists, sound technicians, lighting technicians, graphic designers, technical teams and a plethora of other tradespeople.
